Case Study

SeaEquity - Confidential VC Fund Deal Room

2026/Web3 Hackathon Project

SeaEquity is a Web3 hackathon project that helps founders publish enough startup context for investor discovery while keeping sensitive deal economics private. Valuation, equity percentage, AI risk scores, investor offer amounts, and settlement amounts are encrypted as Nox handles and only decryptable by authorized wallets. The project also gained organizer visibility from iExec, which posted it on X during the hackathon.
